2018 Youth Conference

All youth interested in attending should please complete the Intent to Attend form by June 1st. If you’re interested in attending, but aren’t sure if you’ll be able to come, please complete the form, just in case.
Parents/guardians must sign the Medical Release Form and return it via email or snail mail to Sister Huskinson by June 10th.
Some additional information for parents and leaders (including directions on how to submit the Medical Release Form) can be downloaded and/or distributed.
There will be a Youth Conference Fireside on Sunday June 24th at 6pm at the Muskogee Building. Youth will meet their youth conference groups and leaders that evening.

Please review the For the Strength of Youth standards. Youth will be expected to abide by these standards at all times.
